Staff were helpful. Location is very close to airport. There is a cafe adjacent to the hotel, where you can get basic sandwich and coffee.

There is nothing to like about the property

You can literally see sperm on the walls, if there is any other name of “unhygienic”, it should be sunshine villa. It’s seemed like, some room in kamathipura..

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DONT WASTE YOUR TIME

It's a waste of time property..pls don't book this OYO..They don't value others' time and pain. On 3rd of Feb 2025 evening, I confirmed room availability in this property through www.Booking .com. Before reaching them I tried to call and reconfirm. Still, OYO always diverted the call to its central desk and that was also a waste of time..you will not connect with the property easily to reconfirm availability even if it's confirmed by Booking .com. When the call failed, I mailed them and confirmed availability, but they refused to accommodate me once I reached the property, that too at midnight.I have experienced this rubbish a couple of times before from different OYOs through Booking.com. So my humble request to OYO and Booking.com is to please remove all the properties from booking.com which you can not confirm the availability when the customer needs it. Responsibility must be the key to this business.

They cheat people by saying there is no such room which you book online and ask for more money to book the room they have.. OYO area mgr also supports no use of complaining OYO

Reception was responsive. The staff was really supportive. The hotel had a great ambiance, the room was clean.

There is nothing to like about this hotel. The staff, including the manager/owner, were completely unprofessional. We arrived at the hotel in the middle of the night, and our arrival time had been communicated to the manager/owner beforehand. However, they did not honor our booking and sold our reserved rooms offline.Instead, they offered us the option to pay more for rooms in a different category. After a lengthy argument, they agreed to provide rooms in the different category at the booked price. Despite this, they insisted on charging extra for additional mattresses, even though our reservation was for 9 people and should have included these mattresses.Moreover, they demanded full payment for four nights in the middle of the night. I complied and paid the full amount, but they failed to provide the extra mattresses. Consequently, I had to cancel the booking and request a refund. We spent two sleepless hours in the middle of the night dealing with this issue. Overall, it was a terrible experience.
